  • We may agree that when you need a prescription (especially since you just came from an urgent care facility) that a reasonable amount of time to have it filled would be appreciated . Pharmacist said the scripts will be ready in 45 minutes. No, they weren't even ready after two hours! They lost the copies of insurance card and drivers license they had copied hours earlier since we are from out of state and just happened to get sick here. I can't help but think they know 45 minutes is not realistic....just tell us the truth when to come back. Guy behind me in line said he has been coming back for four hours!
