I was inconvenienced after sitting in an airport for 6 hrs only to be told the flight was cancelled. I missed my dad's 70th birthday party. They sent me 2 vouchers 50 bucks each to my email. I wanted to attend my daughters first collegiate game of the year and I can't locate them. I call the first rep locates it and says that it expired 2 weeks ago. Not 2months 2 weeks. I am a frequent flyer so I ask if she will honor them. Nope! Speak to a supervisor Kim who is located in the Philippines. She also says no but adds I should have called like I am now. What!!!! How about you take a good customer service 101 class. Did I mention I ended up paying triple the amount of my original round trip for a one way just to get there? Unbelievable !! She says it doesn't matter that I fly them all the time they won't honor it. I have 8 people in my family alone that fly on them at least every other month and for 88 bucks you would lose that business? Do the math. I had to email their media dept because they don't even have a link that I saw to issue a complaint. I loved that they were affordable for me, but this lack of accommodation that originated with you is ridiculous! I will tell everyone I know about you horrible service! I should have did it when you had me sitting in the airport for 6 hrs but trying to be nice, and this was before I even got the vouchers, because I didn't ask for them, that I decided I wouldn't put this on any social media site. Word of mouth is the best way to promote business and it will not come from me!!
