  • Giving a 2 star because of how well my previous experiences have been. If you want a quick thorough oil change, I absolutely 100% endorse this place. Anything else? I may call around. Came in for an oil change on a Monday and was told my serpentine belt was cracking and should be replaced sooner than later. I was under a time restraint, hence the express oil change, so I asked if I could make an appointment for Saturday morning. He said of course and set me up to come in at 10 am. I asked approximately how long it would take and was told about 40 minutes. Perfect. Saturday morning, we show up at 9:50 not really understanding where to go. A gentleman meets us outside asking what we need service in and I tell him of my appointment he goes and speaks with someone at a computer comes back to me and says have a seat in the waiting room. We sit til about 10:20 and then someone just walks in and says "can I have the keys?" And that's it. Kind of awkward. Could definitely work on the customer service. Thinking he was going to come back and speak with us about the service we waited a little bit then when I was starting to get annoyed I decided to go ask and make sure the price hadn't changed and the time. He said the price is the same but it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. Ok... no big deal. Lots of places to eat. Kinda walk around the area for about an hour, show back up to the waiting room and the same gentleman we spoke to comes and says "they" sent us the wrong belt so it'll be probably another hour or so... For real dude? It's Saturday... we have stuff to do. No turning back now though. Sitting in the waiting room another potential customer comes in and asks if the can make an appointment. What looked to be a manager spoke with him and said I'm sorry sir we don't take appointments... Um... you don't? That explains why y'all were unprepared for me. That explains why "they" sent the wrong parts. If you're busy, you're busy and be honest. I don't like being lied to and I know it had nothing to do with stock. I maaaaay bring my car back for oil changes but unless something drastic happens in the checkout process I will most likely never use this place again for any sort of actual mechanic work. Edited: they covered the cost of the parts since we were here for over 2 1/2 hours for a service we were told would take 40 minutes. Definitely apologetic, I just don't like having to get angry with people for them to take me seriously. I work in customer service and despise when people do that to me for no reason but I feel like this was warranted...
