  • Have you ever gotten a gift or present that was so absolutely awesome and phenomenal that you wanted to thank the giver right away!?! Well, I had my car towed here to AAA recently bc of some issues I was having with my tires, alignment, etc. the gentleman in the car care center that handled my car/answered the phone - Sam was excellent. He was very clear with what they planned to do and gave me a solid estimate as to how much it would cost before I left the shop. For the first time in my life, I felt like the car service technicians weren't trying to rip me off or sell me parts and stuff I didn't need. I felt like Sam actually wanted to help save me money!! What a feeling!?! I loved the service so much that I came back recently without an appointment and he got me straight and back on the road in no time. This review is different for me. I am not writing to inform my fellow Yelpers about the pros and cons of local establishments. I am writing THIS review to simply say THANKS. THANKS, AAA, and THANKS SAM!
