| - I had the worst customer experience with this office. Everytime I call this office, they can never find my dog's records. I have to repeat my phone number three times so they can try searching it in 5 different systems. To top it off, earlier today, My brother had to take my dog for an emergency check up because I was at work and my boyfriend was at work. It looked like her leg was hurting so we got worried. I called in advance to check if my insurance was active or current. They provided me with all kinds of information over the phone. When my brother arrived, front desk tells him that they cannot take the dog from him, only the person on the account who was my boyfriend, who was (again) at work. I told them I will have him call as soon as possible. But while waiting, I asked if the Dr. will be able to see the dog since it was a walk in. I was't sure how busy they were. I figured if they were too busy, we can somewhere else. She refused to tell us if the doc has time to see us. When my boyfriend finally called and confirmed it was ok for my brother to bring the dog, she tells us that the doc had appointments all day and we needed to wait 5 hrs. Not to mention, my brother had my little dog, who was in pain, with him this entire time, while waiting at the counter.
