  • The food is not the issue here at all. However, in the Bar/Karaoke area there is a security guard named Ron (Ronnie). He is by far the rudest, most unprofessional person I have come in contact with in years, and he covers in the absence of mgt. Because of him, we will not be returning. We have held several gatherings this year alone and until he is sent back to school to further his education in manners, customer service and management skills we will not be returning. We have always had a great time there and have been coming for over 6 years, but this guy has made it unbearable. I hope management sees this and makes some adjustment, because we wont be returning till there has been a change with him.
