  • Today, I ate at the Iron Skillet because we had a 2 for the price of one coupon from the Medford coupon booklet that was $20.00.The Iron Skillet is a rest stop mixed in with a bakery and restaurant all in one! The menu choice had a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options all within reasonable prices. I was going to choose a food from the menu, but decided on the buffet instead. You can't beat the price of $10.95 for an all you can eat lunch buffet. There is also the option to only eat what's on the salad bar for about $7.00. They had a variety of options steamed cabbage to ribs and the food was hot which is a plus! The beef brisket was my favorite, the meat was tender and had a smoky after taste which was DELICIOUS. I will come back to the Iron Skillet just for the beef brisket. Overall, the food was good and the service made the whole experience more enjoyable. Carol did an excellent job making sure everyone was taken care of. Thank you for the AWESOME hospitality Carol I will definitely be back.
