  • 6 minutes late to my appointment is definitely my (and excessive traffic) fault. However, that the hairdresser and receptionist at American Male refused to see me because I was 6 minutes late for my appointment is a bit ridiculous. I even tried to call twice when I knew I would be late, but no one picked up the phone. The attitude of the hairdresser (who was standing right there) looked like cutting hair was the last thing she wanted to do, was simply rude. Again, I get that it's on me to be on time, but 6 minutes late is too late?? My doctor, dentist and even the DMV is forgiving than this 'lounge.'
