I'm going to be honest when I say I was a little nervous and a bit apprehensive about coming here. Everyone I told advised me to be careful and to stay away if possible. What can I say, I really wanted to experience this even if it was for a short few hours. We got there around 5:30pm and there weren't many people out. There were a few performers here and there with different music playing around each of the different stages, which was pretty cool. The later it got, the more people started showing up. When the light and music show started on the overhead canopy (around 8:30ish) it was starting to get full. Seeing the zip liners fly over us and under the light show was absolutely amazing. This is something you definitely have to stay for if you come here. The later it got, the more drunker people got and although this isn't a huge deal for the adults, I did see some families waking around when we first arrived and I wouldn't recommend having the kids out at all since it does get very weird with some of the partially naked people walking around. We left around 10pm and the whole time I was there, I felt safe-ish. The vibe here is definitely different than on the strip, but there were security watching over the street and hotels making sure everything was okay. I would come back just to try the zip line.
