  • I have been coming here for years, starting when it was Southwest Car Wash. But the last 3 times I have had my car washed, they didn't vacuum it well and my windows inside were not cleaned at all! I told the so called "Manager" when you check-in and every time he says "we will take care of that!" Well today, yet again my windows inside were not cleaned!! Tony was nice enough to fix it and apologized. But it's not his fault. If a manager says he will take care of it, then HE should be doubling checking on that!!!!
