  • I was happy with this company until today when their mobile app completely stopped working just as trading opened and I was unable to sell my stock for a profit due to Questrade's technical issues. Now I am down over $8,000 with no care from Questrade at all. I am disappointed and will be closing my account. I will also be notifying family, friends and public about this and warn them not to use this company. When dealing in the stock market the platform you use must work at all times and Questrade has proven that theirs doesn't and that their company doesn't care if you loose money due to their mistakes. Stay away and find another trading platform.
