  • I'm no longer as happy here as I once had been when I moved in. My rent, for a one bedroom non-updated apartment with a small garage hits 1100 every month once the water/trash and tax is added onto it. This is the most I've paid since I've lived there, and I can no longer afford it on my own. I too, have neighbors who smoke inside their garage. My windows are directly above that garage and it blows into my apartment making it smell horrible. The gates, which I feel like I also pay for by living in this complex doesn't work, and hasn't for a long time. I can't wait for my lease to end, so that I can move out. The new builds across the street are just about the same price, but look much nicer than what I'm paying for now. I liked my place much more in the beginning. The rent was agreeable, neighbors were pleasant, no major issues around the complex. Now its just not worth the 1100$ I pay every month, that's a house payment if not more.
