| - For me to say, "Yay! I'm a fan." of a CAR DEALERSHIP is no small feat. I have been burned so very badly in the past by dealerships that I am extremely leery of them. I have had nothing but excellent customer service here, though. I always get an accurate estimate from them, and they ALWAYS call and receive my permission before beginning anything that wasn't specifically directed at drop off. I even had them tell me I didn't need something done that I thought I would need (and was prepared to pay for). A couple of times, it has been really busy when I brought my vehicle in. The last time, 8 cars showed up at the exact same time! I was thoroughly impressed at the manager who stood in the center and made SURE that each person was greeted, and that each was helped in a timely manner, in the exact order that they arrived. Super professional. I usually don't wait, but when I have stayed to wait for work to be done, the waiting lounge is always very comfortable, with tons of seats, free wi-fi, free coffee, and TV's.
