  • DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM SEARS!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF!!!! We bought a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove... The stove was supposed to be electric and they delivered a gas stove!!!! The worst part about it? When you buy an appliance from Sears locally you have to call the Philippines to get any exchange or help!!! They never return calls, they never process the information and they DON'T UNDERSTAND A WORD I'M SAYING!! It's taken three weeks with NO STOVE and now I'm told it will take another three to get the correct one!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM A LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR SO THEY CAN HELP IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG!! All these major American companies are sending all the customer service to the Philippines and that SUCKS!!!!!!! And I'm convinced that all these positive reviews are FAKE AS HELL!!
