  • I came in to pick up a prescription that was faxed in by my doctor. They were closing so I asked what time they closed, they said 6pm. I asked what time is it? Their response was 5:58pm. I asked well it's not closed yet but they said they couldn't do anything because the registers are closed. I know it's 2 minutes but they're not a restaurant or a clothing store, I think it's ok to close the registers at the hours they state they are open til. Sometimes patients need it. Luckily I have a hard copy of the prescription, so I'm taking it to Wal-greens. They need to retrain the pharmacy staff here on what it means to be in the healthcare industry. I hate this place. I hope they close it or review their hours of operation and when they actually close.
