  • The eye doctor was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to figure out my needs. The associates who assisted with selecting my Eyewear made good recommendations based on my needs. However, I was promised a pick up date which aligned with my hectic work schedule and it was not fulfilled. The associate I spoke with on the phone was short and somewhat rude. I was advised I could call to see if my glasses were ready and the associate acted like I was silly for calling, saying that they had already called everyone for pickups and if I didn't get a call then they weren't ready. I was told they would be ready the following day because they had to be delivered from another location. We shall see if this is true.
