  • I contacted Sorensen Heating and Air Conditioning to come out and service my AC unit before summer hit. After several snags with scheduling and finally getting them out I was impressed with their service and knowledge. They were very professional, took the time to explain what they were going to do. Afterwards I was shown what they did and any recommendations. I appreciated the "no up-selling" service and attitude. I will use them again in the future, be patient as communication is a bit spotty.
