  • My awesome boyfriend signed me up for the gym because he said "I how much of a gym addict you are and figured we could work out together". LOL I've been going to LVAC for years, Golds is straight up working out. No juice bar to socialize with people. Just a quick check in with your key chain check in card and off you go. What blew me away was there movie theater, they play movies while your on the treadmill. Thats pretty kool! They had a lot of equipment to chose from on the main floor but I noticed in the Women's Gym, they only had few, they also had a plastic storage box where dumb bells and other workout looked like they were just thrown into. (Not very organized if you ask me) I'm so used to LVAC beng organized and clean. The Womens bathroom also had a stench, it smelled like I was in the middle of a damn somewhere. But otherwise, Id keep going here, with the boyfriend and it's super cheap, 24 hours and they have classes! (Hallelujah) They look like they hold more classes than LVAC, I still yet have to check it out.. :-)
