  • Had a scheduled appointment between 5 and 6pm today. Just received a call that the company's drive-shaft had blown and he would be unable to make it. Then asked to reschedule telling me he couldn't get me in until at LEAST next week. Left work early and was canceled on 80m before arrival. No attempt to fix outside of a rescheduled appointment was offered. Things happen, but it makes my situation no better. Decided to choose this company and praised them based on their reviews. That won't happen again. Block list.
