  • We have been renting the same Condo for 4 years. And one time the rent got to them late thanks to the United Post Office. So ever since we make sure to take time out of our day to deliver the rent check to Henderson from NLV. As of late they sent us a letter with instructions telling us how we can pay online! Save a stamp it said, save time going to the mailbox, WELL....For a 22.50 CONVIENCE FEE that was given at the end of the transaction (reciept portion) I was shocked!!!! $22.50? Really......??? Nowhere on this letter does it say that. Be careful with this company. We have to do all of our own repairs because they consider it "normal wear and tear".
