  • Came in tonight for a highly anticipated NBA finals rematch with some friends in the industry. Place was busy as usual. Service was terribly unacceptable. Server took our drink order. After nearly 20 minutes later our drinks were delivered to our table and some were missing. Manager who delivered the drinks used profanity while commenting how "the server doesn't know how to ring in drinks." Found that really offensive and unprofessional. Manager came back to drop drinks off, now everyone finally had a beverage. Server came back with another round of drinks stating that "guess this was a double order." We finally placed our food order. Food took over 30 minutes we timed it. When our food finally came, we all were so hungry we forced ourselves to eat the items ordered because we were obviously that hungry and to just bare the dryness of our sliders and chicken wraps we requested more sauce. It was obvious our food sat in the back for a long period of time. No apology, no follow up from the manager. When the bill came which was the most awkward part of the dinner we realize that all of our meal was charged to us. Find that kind of odd how nothing was addressed or done to make up for such a horrible display of service and management. Didn't want to come here to begin with, but after tonight it will indeed be the last. Explains why the business is at a 3 star ranking. Actually find that inaccurate. Cheap food, cheap drinks, below par service. Suggestion, bring on more staff for peak nights, address customer issues, take care of your locals.
