I was recommended this place by my a friend, and the minute I heard Chinese Mexican fusion I was hooked. I've seen many Korean Mexican fusion restaurants but not Chinese so I had to try this place out even though it was a 40 min drive.
The lady who takes your order was so helpful. When she found out it was my friend and my first time there, she immediately gestured us to the counter so that she could explain the menu and provide samples. The samples made it a bit harder to choose because everything was delicious. Once your orders ready, they call your name and bring your it to your table as well. Service here is great.
You have the option of getting a regular or -my choice- the combo which gives you 2 meat options rice and beans.
BEANS- The black beans were AMAZING. They're some type of Cuban beans and semi-sweet. Highly recommend it! You can ask for a sample too.
MEAT- You have the option to get your meat in a quesadilla or burrito and I didn't do either. I regret it so much because I realized too late that's part of the 'fusion'. I ordered #7 Jade Red Chicken (pretty much like orange chicken and I believe the most popular) and #13 Pollo Diablo. The chicken weren't as juicy as the samples but delicious regardless.
RICE- Jerk Fried Rice was good. I wish they gave more of this than the beans.
They also give you a SUGAR COOKIE with your meal!!!
If you're in this area, definitely check this place out. I would come back to get my order in a quesadilla or burrito if there's an opportunity.
