  • Get your plasma on! I do not venture too far away from reviewing food, food and more food but I must say television is a very close second in my life. Three year old Panasonic Plasma goes nite nite days before the Christmas Holiday (yes I said it CHRISTMAS) and all the bowl games that we had planned on watching were now in jeopardy. I called all around the metro area and all I got was bad news and gloom and doom (please add another shot of rum to my egg-nog....thanks). Evidently the gods of T.V. designed them to fail at 10,000 hours or so....which equates to 3-5 years (please back-off with the "you have no life" comments please!). West Sun Tech Group was the only place to give me a optimistic outlook and so we took our monster of a plasma to them. Parts took about a week and the T.V. was done days after that! $325.00 later we were back in business! I cannot say enough great things about this wonderful little repair shop......oh I forgot there is a killer butcher shop right next store so bring a cooler!
