This is the granddaddy of Americanized hibachi joints! I've been here over five times now and have never been disappointed. If you've ever been to a hibachi place, you know the drill: chefs twirling knives, tossing shrimp to you, making volcanoes out of onions, the whole bit. There are two stories of hibachi stations which are seemingly always filled with people celebrating a birthday, wedding, or anniversary or business travelers staying in the hotel because it's adjoined to the convention center. It's a little on the pricey side with the cheapest entree being around $30 but I feel like that price point is to be expected for a celebration-type event. If this type of food/experience is your thing, you really can't go wrong.
