  • I just went here and received the worst service of my life.. I came in after growing my eyebrows out for two and a half months and they were super thick, I let the lady know ahead of time that I want her to keep them as thick as possible. Just clean up the line. When she finished and gave me the mirror, I was traumatized. one of my eyebrows was cut off at the end. There are gaps, and my eyebrows went from 2 inches to like 1/4 an inch. I'm literally in tears I am so upset. And at that, she tried to argue with me when I was standing there and did not want to give me her name. I had to ask the other lady for it. Her name was Sanaria. I'm appalled and will never go here again, I've been going to eyebrows r us for years and she just ruined it for them. Worst experience on my life
