| - This place is horrible. I literally live right behind this salon, and because it's close by and I had an emergency nail appointment, I went. I called in advanced to make an apt so that I didn't have to wait, as I was headed out of town. They had me sitting there for nearly 30 minutes upon arrival. Once they started my gel nails and gel pedicure they try upwelling me a little too much and the gentleman doing my nails was externally rude. I paid $45 for a gel pedicure and he didn't exfoliate my feet at all (which is generally my favorite part, who doesn't love soft feet), and his "hot stone massage" was him hitting my shins three times and he was done. Then he did two coats of gel going horizontal and vertical with the brush, so when it dried it was not only bumpy as all hell, but also just terrible looking and very uneven. When he started my nails, which is paid an additional $35 for, he didn't even trim my cuticles. He soaked my fingers in acetone, then water and then applied the gel, still going random directions and again making my nails bumpy, uneven and just looking terrible. I could have done my nails better with my eyes closed. I also asked him to do an extra cost, as it was not a solid color and they charge extra for additional costs. Absurd. I'll never ever ever go back back. They also don't accept credit card tips, only cash. So needless to say, he didn't get tipped.
