  • Thank you, Kaitlyn, for arranging the food and beverages for our Graduation party at The Chalet. EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect!! The pulled pork and grilled chicken were delicious. Best pulled pork I have ever had! The cornbread and baked beans were everything you said they would be, simply mouth-watering delicious!! The lovely salad and baked potato bar rounded out the delicious meal. The fresh-squeezed lemon-aid was a huge hit, as well as the thirst quenching iced tea. Sue K, Bill, Bill, and the chef did an amazing job. They were all very professional and kept the event running smoothly. I received numerous compliments about the food and the lemon-aid! Kudos!! I also appreciated that we could provide our own desserts and bring our own alcohol. Bill did a great job manning the bar. :) Please thank them, again, for us. I will definitely check in with you for any future catering needs.
