  • I'm actually a bit disappointed in the service here. I was really excited about this place because my dog sitter couldn't make it last minute and they had an opening so I brought in my 3 dogs for boarding. Initially I was grateful that they took them in at the last minute and I left them for 2 nights. I got the 5 star packages because it seem like the one that would give them the most attention (about $300 in total for 2 days) but when I picked them up they didn't seem happy, they were eager to leave. Now I did leave them over the 4th of July weekend so I understand that it gets busy and they have other dogs to tend to, however when I picked them up they were missing their harnesses and a bag of treats (didn't really care about the treats, I can always get more, just wanted to know if they had any left). The harnesses were left upfront without any labels so the people who were working didn't know what to do with them or whose they were, wouldn't be an issue except that they were on my dogs when I left them so they should have been with the rest of their things. While I was waiting for one of the associates to look for the treats I was just observing the other workers and they didn't really seem to care about the dogs. They seemed like they just needed a job rather than they like working with pets. Probably won't bring them back unless I don't have any other choice, just because there are other places that give the dogs better service for a lower price.
