  • Dr. Heather Saran is great and so is her medical assistant. I have never had to wait long to be seen. I always get her MA on the phone and a fast response from the doctor. My test have been ordered in a timely manner and results were fast. I did not give five stars because it takes 10-15minutes to make an appointment due to hold times and the front office at Scottsdale and Chandler aren't that great. They seem annoyed when you are checking in and both offices were gossiping so loud about patients and co workers every single time. Otherwise great office, and I called around and went to others before this one so it really appreciated!
