Scheduling is not super-convenient here. Staff made judgmental remarks about our household which we put up with for a while. The final straw was when I was made to feel negligent for not agreeing to an expensive workup to rule out lymphoma in a cat that had had an intermittent GI problem for a number of years, and which did not appear to me to be progressing in any concerning way.
This was several years ago and cat's GI symptoms resolved completely after I thought to change cat food brands.
We now use a practice which in my opinion offers much better and more ethical veterinary care, in addition to being more convenient.
