  • Called in the beginning of the year to have our pool "re-started", they said they weren't doing it then because it was "too cold" and to call back in May. Called again in May (it's the 2nd), now they aren't doing it because it's "too hot". Asked if they could just restart the pool WITHOUT acid washing it, but nope...they won't do that right now either. Clearly, they aren't interested in this type of work. I'll be happy to give my money to a grateful, hard working local company who IS interested in doing this kind of work.
