  • I walked in today (I had an appt at another store, but I was window shopping). I needed a new pair of shoes. When I walked in, the salesman ignored me and stared at his phone the entire time I was in the store. I walked out and as I was walking away, he looked up and gave me a very nasty look. I looked back and shook my head, silently chastising him for his rude treatment of me and his faulty assumption that I would not spend any money. No wonder this store, which was peppered with 30% off signs, was empty if this is how you treat prospective customers. I'll go somewhere else. I see in other reviews on-line that my rude treatment was not an isolated case.
