I have always loved frozen yogurt and never discriminated between different stores and their prices. Any froyo is good froyo. But my recent visit to Yüm left me extremely dissatisfied. Not only were my friend and I disrespected by the manager but I was also blocked on Facebook by the said manager when I voiced my concerns directly, not initially knowing that our cashier lady was also the manager of the store. This unprofessional attitude of the employee coupled with the fact that we were told to "hurry paying" because our friends' ice creams in line behind us were melting soon led me to believe that I will not be returning anytime soon. On an unrelated note I found that the manager aforementioned rated this store with 5 stars and "friendly employees!!" on Facebook. (Because I was blocked by their fb page I was unable to leave a review there and could put one on Yelp.)
