  • I have been a customer with Spectrum for six years and the service has always been excellent. Recently, I decided to purchase prescription sun glasses which were an investment for myself and my insurance company. Long story short, I didn't use good judgment picking the frames and just wasn't happy with them. I hesitated before inquiring about the matter since I felt responsible, but when I did approach Eva in the Uptown office, she was wonderful. She assured me it was OK and that the most important thing was that I be happy with my sun glasses. She allowed me take several frames home with me to try and consequently, new glasses were made and I am very happy. In fact, I plan to spend time on the beach with them this weekend reading a good book. Thank you Spectrum and Eva for excellent service!
