My family liked this aquarium a lot. We did our research before going to Sea Life so we knew that it was going to be small, a little overpriced and focused on young kids (mine are 5 and under). We booked our tickets online (right from my phone which was very easy) to save a decent amount on the ticket prices and proactively spent a good amount of time at each exhibit so we did not fly through the aquarium in 20 minutes which the kids could have easily done.
All in we had 2 hours of fun and the kids loved it. We did the backstage tour which was their chance to see the Sea Turtles (there are none in the regular exhibits) and they spent a lot of time at the Starfish exhibit that allowed them to touch some of the smaller sea life in the large tank. There is a big indoor playground at the end too which they thought was awesome.
The staff was really friendly and helpful, so it was a nice experience. It helped that it was not busy at all, so we could take as much time at each exhibit as we wanted without any pressure to move on through the aquarium.
