  • Believe or not. This community is just terrible. Dryer and washer do not work well. I had to dry about three time after washing. And they charge u cable fee by force even though you have never used it. I just moved out and they charged me ridiculous moving out fee. I already paid 85 dollars cleaning fee, and they still charged me 25 dollars trash out fee just because I left a chair inside. They charged full month technology fee even though I only have four days in July. The representative -- Kimberly. Before I moved in, she was like she knew everything about this community and pretended she was friendly. HOWEVER, after I moved out, she gave me attitude and she told me she knew nothing about my final bill. Just CRAZY. She even forgot I had helped her with her another client who could not speak English well. In conclusion, please never never live here. Staffs are nice before u move in. After u move out, WHO ARE U?
