  • I know very little about cars so ventures into maintenance and repair can be a bit intimidating, and noticing the three foot wave-like scratch from my front passenger tire to my back passenger door certainly didn't make me feel any better. Yelp reviews, and an informative conversation with Theodore, spurred me into driving across town to visit The Specialists Automotive Detail Studio--I'm so thankful I did. When I arrived Theodore met me, examined the scratch, and we discussed the effectiveness of different solutions. He explained the process in a clear manner, which was important to me considering how little I knew about what needed to be done and left me feeling comfortable and confident in my decision. When my car was returned a short while later, I was smitten. My experience left me feeling informed and well cared for, and more than anything it managed to make light of what, only a few days prior, had been a headache of a situation. A genuinely awesome place, with genuinely awesome people. I wasn't keen on the scratch, but I'm happy I found The Specialists.
