  • I am a property manager for a mid-rise apartment community in Phoenix which is primarily glass. Floor to ceiling, wall to wall window in each apartment. As you can imagine, our quarterly window cleaning is no easy task for anyone to take on. After a year with another large window cleaning company, I decided to search elsewhere and I am so glad that I did! This community has never looked better! AJ and his team were incredibly fast, finishing this entire 4 story, 223 unit community in only 3 and a half days (compared to a week or longer with the previous company) and literally every single facet and angle of this community is sparkling. Not a single dried water spot in sight.....which is a VERY commendable accomplishment when a building is 75% glass. AJ and his team were knowledgeable, on-time, fast, clean and reliable. I have already spread the word to my fellow property managers on how great this company has been to work with and the stellar results. Save yourself some time, money and a headache....go with Streak Patrol. The other "big and well known" names out there aren't all they talk themselves up to be. Trust me.
