  • SHADY , SHADY, SHADY!! The leasing agents tried to get me to pay $25 + $125 for a credit check fee and a holding fee on an apartment they wouldn't show me. They didn't even have a model to show. I asked what the apartment number was, they wouldn't tell me. I said just open the door and let me look in and see the empty apartment. They said no. ONLY A MORON WOULD PAY FOR AN APARTMENT YOU CAN'T SEE. Would you put a down payment on a used car you couldn't see or test drive? In my opinion they didn't even have an apartment for rent and are only trying to collect non-refundable fees. Finding an apartment can be a stressful thing, especially when you have to deal with dishonest people!
