  • I wish I can give this place 0 stars. DO NOT COME HERE especially if you are a first time mom! This place gives nothing but anxiety! I picked this place because they were the only place that offered same day appointment. My first appointment, I waited so long! Over an hour inside the room. I honestly thought they forgot about me, I could hear all the employees chattering just outside the room and after an hr I decided that if no one shows up in 10 mins, I'm leaving. Finally the doctor showed up. Seriously, what's the point of scheduling an appt? Every visit took over an hour! Fast forward a week later, I was at home and started cramping really bad. It was so painful, I had to take Tylenol PM so I could finally go to sleep. The next morning, I went to pee and I was bleeding. I called and scheduled an appt that day. I was seen by a doctor and was told that there was nothing they can do but to do two blood tests on two different days and compare the hormone levels. I was freaking out at this point but I understood and agreed for the blood tests. I really wanted to know that the baby is fine. So I did the blood tests (Thursday and Saturday) and had an appointment on Monday for the results. I came in on Monday for my appt, anxious all weekend and ready to hear the results. I came in, signed up, 30 mins later they told me that their system is down and that they cannot see my results and I would have to come back another time. I was furious. So I told the receptionist that I really just want to know if my baby is okay. She said "sorry, come back next time". Nope! I wasn't having it. I told her I wasn't leaving and she's like "I'll see what I can do". 5 minutes later I was called in the room and was seen by the doctor who have my results in her hand. She told me my hormone levels dropped significantly over 2 days which meant that the baby stopped growing and is dead. And she goes "Any questions?" Of course I have questions! Millions of them! But I was so over this place already I wanted to get out ASAP. The workers do not show empathy, it's disgusting. If I wasn't persistent in seeing the results, I wouldn't have known I've lost the baby already. The front desk insisted that they couldn't see my results (lies) but miraculously have it in their hands already. So sad. Lastly, they make you sign a survey sheet after every visit to review them. It's funny because they make you write your name so it's obviously not anonymous. Do not come to this place! I am pregnant again and this time I went to Palm Valley Women's Care. So much better! I love every visit. Currently 19 weeks today! Save yourself the trouble future mommies! Do not come here!
