  • Multiple Bad Experiences!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I live in North Olmsted and I use to come here for dry cleaning for 2 reasons; 1. convenient location & 2. because I usually have coupons that I get in the mail. Although every time I have used them it has NEVER been a smooth experience. I swear they are always trying to hustle you, and you are always WRONG!. The coupons have to be presented before the service is done, not when you pay them for the job. And you pay for the job when the service is done. One time I paid for the job before the service, did not keep the receipt, and when I went to pick them up they said that I never paid for the job. Oh,and that it is impossible that I did because they never charge the customer or except payment before the job!!! Oh man, this was at least an hr argument, that involved the owner. Finally the pretentious owner reluctantly agreed that I didnt have to pay for the service twice (but never admitted that they messed up.. again). I thought that this was an isolated event and by chance I had a bad experience. My assumption was proven incorrect with my next experience, when I wanted to use a 20% off coupon on a large order. I found out then that all coupons have to be presented before the service is down.. at drop off.. and not at pick up when you pay for the service.. so counter intuitive.. they do it on purpose just to hustle every penny out of you.. Be smart. Drive the extra mile to the other dry cleaner..
