Took back Apple earbuds that worked for 2 mths and stopped working and was told they needed to send out Geek Squad to my house. I asked for manager than Amanda says Oh I will override this time like she was doing me a favor. Why wouldn't you do that first of all without the hassle. Then she asked me 6 times for my phone and kept switching out the number and I said you are mixing up the numbers and she blamed the computer. Then told me to walk back and get another headset thats when the mgr told someone else to get them for me. Amanda poor customer service!!
