| - I just bought a used from these guys.
Let me just get to the point
I was lied to. I was told 9.9% APR, it was written down and confirmed.
Then the car salesman's manager is there to push the sale. I had questions and he was quite annoying on how he answered them. He didn't know anything about what they are selling. He kept pushing me into buying. That's all they care about. Getting their commission and Making money. There is no care in the way they do business.
After I sign the papers, because I did want this car. It was a good price. I go to pick it up the next day. It's really out of the way from where I live by the way. I notice 2 HUGE cracks in the windshield that weren't there the day prior. They weren't going to fix it and said it had been sealed and it wouldn't crack anymore. I threw a fit and told him the sale isn't finalized until I drive off the lot and that I'd cancel the whole transaction. They then agreed to fix it, but you could see they were annoyed. What about me?! I was really fucking annoyed.
A week later I had to drive ALL the way back. Sit there for 4 hours. The guy in the service department I dealt with obviously has Aspergers. Yippee. That was fun at 7am to deal with, especially after I worked until 3am.
Also, the car salesman that helped me is now terminated, and the things I was promised never happened. No owners manual (said he would get me one) and no extra key.
They fix my window and didn't wash the car or clean the inside, there were smudged and dirt all over. Okay you can't clean the glass because it has to set for 24 hours. But clean up the mess your mechanics left.
Then after all is said and done, the APR isn't 9.9% it's well over 20%. I'm fuming. How did I NOT SEE THIS?!?! Because they're god damn swindlers. They tricked me. The "accountant" had me fill everything out and I signed all documents with the stated APR at 9.9%, then said "oh there's a mistake; I need to print a new contract" ... after hours of sitting there, you get tired, I think they know this, you want to go home and get food. It was an ALL day decision of finding and testing, making sure it was the right fit. As it's not a cheap purchase. Then he apparently saw his chance to change the APR, which was already high to begin with (I admit my credit isn't very good and I'm working on it) but I would have NEVER agreed to 22% APR. They would have seen me get up and walk out of there instantly. NO WAY!!!!! I'm literally fuming.
Seems to be a big issue with this dealership. I should have read the Yelp reviews first.
I've contacted my lawyer and he will be investigating these jerks. I'm sure the employee who was fired can be found, subpoenaed and the truth will be stated. What a bunch of bullshit!!!! To continually deal with these assholes and I don't even want to deal with this, but they will get what they deserve and from the courts.
This dealership is true slime!
If you go here. Make sure you take someone with you so they don't corner you and lie to you. And make sure you read everything over completely before signing.... especially a second time.
OH AND THEY NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS. I got one call back and he was super unhelpful. Two many people involved and no communication.
