  • Stayed here with my family and wish I would have read the reviews prior. Super sketchy area, you can't bring your breakfast back to your room so everyone is fighting over a seat in the breakfast room, awful food and coffee, the door to our room didn't even close all the way (you can tell someone has tried to break into it prior and that's why it won't close properly), went down stairs the following morning of our stay and asked for towels because we didn't have any. 30 minutes goes by so we ask again.. An hour goes by now and still no towels. We ask again 30 minutes later and finally after two hours of asking we finally got some towels and they tell us how under staffed they are and how they don't have enough towels. Guess it's time to get more towels and hire more employees! Also, there's no type of comforter or thick blanket on the bed, just a sheet. I've stayed at a handful of Best Westerns because I typically love this hotel chain and this is the only one that didn't come with a refrigerator. Super bummed and a disappointing experience. Only pro was the availability with last second booking in the middle of the night. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
