  • Re writing my review... my first review that I wrote 2 months ago , I gave this place a 5/5 star because Dr. Kim M. Lamotte-Malone's service... she was very informative and you could tell she had been doing this for years and she knew what she was doing ... well I'm re writing this because I want to write an honest review about my overall experience and not just the Dr.... due to the wait time and the amount of money you pay per visit I realized it wasn't worth it ... I'm a cash payer so I'm not sure if that had an effect on how high my visits were each time but every time I would come in we would pay almost 100.00 just for a visit that doesn't include anything else ... my son got circumcised here at a month old and when we had to come back a few days later for a follow up we had to pay for the visit which I thought was bs... now here comes the wait time... the wait time is INSANE! Although I thought it was worth it because the doctor was great but I come to realize that it's NOT worth the wait ... every time I would come for a visit with an APPOINTMENT we would wait in the waiting room for almost an hour then back in the room waiting for the doctor for 35-45 minutes .. the last time I was there I almost started crying because it was getting closer and closer to the 2 hour mark and by that time my toddler, my baby, and I lost our patients and were ready to go... I actually ended up walking out of the room and leaving because I was about to loose it... i left and decided to come right back after walking all the way out to the car because it was my sons follow up appointment for his circumcision and wanted to make sure everything was healing the way it needed too...I never received an apology for the wait time and just thought to myself that I would rather drive to my original pediatrician office that was 25 minutes away and wait only 10 minutes to be seen with a $40.00 visit charge than drive 4 minutes from my house to this place to wait forever to be seen... it's not worth my time or money .. I will note that I still think Dr. Lamotte is a great doctor and she did a great job on my sons circumcision but I will not be coming back here.
