  • I would rate this place at Zero if possible. Women beware! At all costs. My wife had brought one of our cars into Perfect Auto at 693 N Vallie Verde in Henderson NV 89014 for the emission check. The car passed and as she was paying for the emission check once the check was paid for Josh the cashier said. "I cannot let you leave the hood latch is broken" " It needs to be fixed" . My wife said she felt as if she was going to be held against her will, if she did not comply. And she was frightened by this cashiers statement "I cannot let you leave" She took her test results and quickly left the building feeling frightened and intimidated. At This Perfect Auto they always try to up sell you for more repairs. Ladies save yourself the grief and intimidation tactics it is not worth going to this place and to be bullied into repairs. There are many other emission check stations and garages around no woman needs to put up with this crap, being told they cannot leave, unless they have extra repairs done.
