  • They are under new management I've been there twice since the change and it's been terrible! First time I wasn't aware of the change and went I'm for a cleaning, the man that did it was so hard on my teeth it hurt! The dentist I normally see wasn't working there anymore so things were just different the wait time was too long it just didn't feel right. I was just there today waited 40 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The office manager asked if I filled out my palate work (I've been going there for years) she said she was going to check on my paparruchada work... I get up and see she's on Facebook so I had a fit she stated they had an emergency that's why it's taken so long. I understand emergencies happen, but they need to have that sense of urgency and communicate that with their patients and give us the option to wait or not. But instead she's too busy on Facebook... I found where the previous dentist went and I'll be going to her now. She's at access dental on pecos I'll never go back to this place again it's too unprofessional now.
