  • First of all, FYI, they only accept cash or check. However, they have an ATM located in the restaurant that only charges $1 fee. Secondly, the food was great. I had the ultimate grilled cheese, which came highly recommended. I had higher expectations of the sandwich than what I received, but it was still very good. Each half of the sandwich, had raw onions, broccoli and so much tomatoe melted into the cheese. I had a side salad that was the highlight of my dinner. Walnuts, beets, fancy cheese all mixed with spring salad and a lightly creamy dressing. I would like to order a full size of that salad. My boyfriend had the flank steak with mashed potatoes and the seasonal vegetables (Brussel sprouts), thumbs up, all around on that dinner. We shared a side of the Wasabi green beans, that also came to me recommended. I thought they tasted like very fresh green beans. Only a few bites to me, cleared my nose, like wasabi. I totally will come back to Alchemy, easily! For those with a sweet tooth out there, I also recommend the Winter Old Fashioned and their Brandy Old Fashioned Cheesecake!
