  • I drove up this morning in my expensive sports car to look at the new E350 Convertible car. I was inside the dealership main floor for over 20 mins before I even saw any member of their sales team nor even a greeter. Finally, I had given up and decided to walk out the front door a gentleman with dark hair yelled across the sales floor in my direction and asked if he could help me. I told him i had waited long enough for someone to acknowledge me and I was insulted by their lack of professionalism and attentiveness to the consumer. They obviously don't have any meed to sell cars. Shubacker European in Scottsdale will get the $70K sale.
