| - 4 of us arrived on a Friday night, and the place was hoppin'. We were seated promptly after a 10 minute wait, and since it was Friday night, it was time for a beverage! I started out with a blood mary, and it was great! Followed that up with a skinny margarita, which was tasty in my book :).
Appetizers: onion flatbread and dumplings. The dumplings came in a great broth, but the onion flatbread was awesome! Really thin, almost cracker like crust!
Sides: Kale salad - my friend raved about this dish, but I thought it wasn't anything special. It definitely looked and tasted healthy, interpret that how you will.
Entrees: grilled salmon -- this dish was really tasty! could have used a tad more seasoning, but it was perfectly cooked. I really enjoyed the arugula salad that accompanied it, and the terrific crunch from the pomegranate seeds.
Dessert: The four of us split the cobbler, which was topped with a non-dairy ice cream. This was surprisingly not bad, especially the ice cream! Great textures.
Overall Food: Good "healthy" food, try the salmon and the onion flatbread. A little pricey, but that's necessary for organic, farm-raised, etc. The four of us + tip was $150 +.
Environment: it was LOUD, we almost were screaming at each other to be heard. The decor is modern casual.
Service: Our waiter was fabulous, she definitely lives the Dr. Weil lifestyle.
